Hi, I need to know the procedure to expand an offer. For example, a customer has 5 License Basic and 2 of these should change in 2 License Bundle Basic + Mobile.
If I use Upsell in subscription, I can add 2 Licence Bundle Basic + Mobile and send a new quotation to our customer. But the right way is that I should send to our customer the quotation of his 2 licenses Basic that changes to 2 Basi + Mobile and the price of the expansion.
Or I should just pick 2 licences of the old offer and edit them on a new quotation.
There're 2 issues:
1. if I use upsell to add 2 new Basic+Mobile licences, I have to ask of a user from administration to delate 2 old basic licenses.
Because I didn't find a way to edit the licenses and to send also a new quotation.
2. the quotation that the customer will sign it's not clear, and it's not clear if we have to send a full price or just the difference.

You should do UPSELL like this:
License Basic -2
License Bundle, Basic& Mobile 2
So you minus those that are not needed anymore and plus those that are new.
Then select CREATE & VIEW QUOTATION
In SO next to "Add a product" and "Add a section" you find "Add a note"
"Add a note" can be used to clarify anything that needs clarifying.
